Return & Refund Policy

At SoftLoop, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🛠️ Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.  
• A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@softloop.shop before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

🔁 Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

An order is considered delivered when:

• The carrier tracking shows “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, or  
• The shipment is made available for pickup at a carrier facility, Packstation, or retail outlet within the carrier’s storage period.

SoftLoop is not responsible for:

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier  
• Packages available for pickup but not collected within the carrier’s storage period  
• Delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer  
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control  

If a shipment is returned to sender due to customer failure to collect the package or address issues, additional reshipping fees may apply.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to sender due to customer non-collection or address errors, shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

❗ Wrong / Damaged / Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

• Order number  
• Photos of item and packaging  
• Brief explanation  

We will resolve the issue promptly.

⏳ Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After processing begins, changes may not be possible.

📥 Digital Products (Patterns & Downloads)

All digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
